MICHELLE A. SZWAJKUN

For the last decade, Ms. Szwajkun’s focus has been primarily on maximizing leadership effectiveness in academic medicine. She specializes in guiding physicians and healthcare leaders through organizational challenges unique to the industry as well as creating thriving cultures that foster and accelerate leadership growth and opportunity.
Ms. Szwajkun earned her master’s degree from the University of Utah in clinical social work and administration, focusing on organizational behavior. She holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; and a second in psychology from the University of Utah.
